Hi All,
I'm looking for a new color touch screen remote to replace my old Sony RM AV3100.
I want something a bit more configurable than say the Harmony 1100.
I thought I had found a perfect match in the URC MX3000, but then I learned that it has to be programmed by an 'authorized' installer.
I read the reviews and forum posts on the Pronto TSU 7000 and I thought I could program it myself, but when I go to the website listed in the owners manual that I downloaded from the files section, (www.pronto.philips.com), it says I must be a certified installer to log in.

I never thought it would be this much trouble to get a remote that I can set up myself!
