CEPro: you should arrange things so that links like the above work the first time.

I clicked on the link, which took me to a page that repeated this same information and required me to click on a link to get to the article.

Once I had done that, the above link worked directly. Apparently CEPro requires a cookie that says I've gone to CEPro recently. Or something. Something that gets in the way of getting the information to me, which is the opposite of your magazine's intention.
