I am working on a project where I have specified 2x Panasonic BB-HCM series cameras. The CCTV contractor tells me that they are no longer available and have been superceeded.
Am I to assume that the latest camera will be compatible ?
What happens when products go obsolete ? Is the manufacturer obliged to deliver a new module ?
