oh, i forgot to mention that the buttons on the TV only work if the TV has been on for a while, takes a little longer in winter, thats why i can't switch the TV on. I've tried a blow dryer to warm it up, but that doesnt work anymore.

Also the channel (not all the channels) used to drift, i had to retune once the TV was warmed up, and tune again when it was cold, but thats a different story, i think.
