Unfortunately the cable I got from someone on here turned out to be the wrong one-- one of the 2 connectors didn't match my friend's TV-- there must have been some changes in the proprietary connect over the years.

So I'm back to square one, except now the TV is actually mounted and hanging on the wall pretty as a picture-- in fact just like a picture becasue I can't turn it on!

Anyone have one of these cables lying around??
