I have a HP 42" LD4200 monitor that I am trying to program discrete codes for power and inputs. This a learned code for power toggle and mute. I don't have a clue how I relate the (08 Hex) in the code table to the the differences in learned data for Power toggle and Mute. I included the the learned code for mute (hex 09) for comparison.
