Details, please. I don't see this 'third download' you speak of. I have the same problem others do - Win7 Home Premium 64. The response from the site is 'you are not eligible to download...' Please advise.
I believe you need Windows 7 Professional to access this feature.
I consider this a double screwing...one from Philips (no 64 bit driver) and one from MS (feature not available with Win 7 Home Premium).
