I just noticed one thing. My 9600 started to turn off and on in a more and more rapid way. It had not been touched for several hours. In the end about once in a minute. Then suddenly it turns on my lights one step. I'm using Lutron Grafik Eye via IR and I have the + and - on buttons but also on the scroll wheel. When I moved the scroll wheel just at fraction of mm the off's and on's just stopped.
I have also noticed that in the beginning ( maybe 3 months ago) the scroll wheel action was a bit more rapid. Have not find any reasons yet for the more sluggish behavior. A trace maybe to the problem, or are the several problems with the same symptoms.
