I can imagine they won't make any mistakes on the HD-DVD. They've got about everything riding on it.
So far as my kids go, Blue Ray got the death nail when they heard it was only going on HD-DVD.
I have seen and heard Chinese Bootlegs that would put this DVD to shame.
The 5.1 was noisy. It had little to no rear channel, overdriven LFE. Sounded like a crappy PCM. I had to check my player's settings (Denon DVD-1920 w/hdmi)
Some of the scenes were literally draft quality (luminance, chrominance & sharpness). Nothing was clear at all.
Does the 2 disc set feature DTS? Maybe there's a better run?
