Hi all,
I have recently installed a fresh version of Windows 7 Ultimate in my PC.
And installed PEP2 latest version (2.4.18.0).

But my Pronto TSU9600 is not recognized at all.
When I plug the USB into the Pronto, the automatic installation of the device fails.

Inside "Device Manager" I have the Pronto TSU9600 listed under "Disk Drives" saying that the device has not been installed properly.

I have tried several times but could not have it working.

Any idea?
