| About Me: | Gee, what to say? I've been a regular poster and gadfly at Remote Central since April 2000. As far as I know, I'm leading the pack in the race for highest number of expensive, unused learning remotes sitting in a drawer.
I listen to jazz (among many other music genres) and am a vegetarian, but not the stereotypical skinny, long-haired, sandal-wearing, preachy type. (Have been meaning to work off that tofu tummy!)
In real life, I handle PC user and network support for large law firms in the Los Angeles area. My first career was in aerospace.
I enjoy walking and bicycling along the ocean. (Home is three blocks from the beach.) Other interests include audio, video, home theater, computers, technology of all sorts, horology (watches), public television, health and nutrition, pizza, Breyer's mint chocolate chip ice cream, good jokes, stimulating conversation, double entendres, sunrises, sunsets, wonder, marvel and staring at the night sky.
I volunteer with the American Red Cross as a CPR and First Aid instructor, and am also an apheresis (platelet) donor. Fringe benefits include juice, snackies and t-shirts.
A warm, outgoing, curious, sensitive, passionate, nurturing, 'big kid' Cancer, I'm looking for a lady who ... (LOL)
