Need some advice. I currently have the Harmony 880. My inlaws and kids are somewhat morons and do not realize that you need to keep the RC pointed at the tv.
End result is the settings are messed up. IE tv on Cable box off etc.
It is really annoying.
I have tried to get it through them but they do not get it.
Is the 890 the best alternative? are there better options?
Waht is this NEVO remote?

The 890 would be your best bet. You can easily transfer your 880 setup to the 890.
