I have a Nevo Q50 with 2 ZWave Controllers that controls (behind 2 separate cabinets) - Receiver, Cable Box/DVR, Wii, DVD. Surround speakers are connected to the receiver.

Nevo is no longer supported and the remote is breaking down. What are the options for controlling equipment behind cabinets? Comcast can be controlled by iPad or phone but what about the DVD, Wii and Zone 2 music? It seems that Universal Remotes are going away. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I have a lot of $$ tied up in the Nevo equip but its done and they are no longer supporting. I cant even change my setup / programming.

Thought about Logitech but I'm behind cabinets. Are there wireless options? Using your wireless?

look into URC.  Dealers are allowed to provide software to end users for the Complete Control line of remotes.

The MX890 and MRF350 basestation would be a good combo if you only need to control things via IR.

I believe even Logitech has an option for controlling equipment behind cabinets.  But if you are used to a Q50, you probably won't like the Logitech stuff, since you can't do much customization.

If you are looking for replacements, I just put a Q50 and NC-50 on Ebay and I will be listing a single Q50 soon.
