I am having problems trying to find a remote control unit that will control a PS3 (Bluetooth) , I.R. and R.F. devices. I see that URC units will do both IR and RF but not Bluetooth . Logictech will do Bluetooth and IR but not RF. What can I do to find one remote for my home theater .

No remote will control "RF devices" (excluding BT/Wifi). Remotes use RF to communicate with a basestation which then controls standard IR devices.

So... what exactly do you need? Note that controlling a PS3 via Bluetooth can be done with any standard universal remote via an IR-to-Bluetooth adapter.

Thanks Daniel for e-mailing me back . We recently changed some of our components on our home theatre system , one of these units is a Sat/tv receiver made by Motorola HDPVR 630 , it appears to be RF as it has an antennae on the back of it. I bought the new Harmony One controller and when trying to program it via the internet and with phone support it was agreed that the unit is RF , which means that the Harmony wouldn't support it . Any suggestions or am I stuck using the factory remote control and what ever unit to control the rest of the components . So .if this is the case what after market would you recommend for the general use , keep in mind that one of our components is a PS 3 with the blue tooth and everything else is IR friendly , suggestions .

According to the specs for the 630, it can accept 38KHz IR.  I'd look for a menu option to switch to IR, and then try various Motorola boxes in the Harmony.  For example, try the Motorola 64xx series (uses GI IR protocol)  or Cisco RNG100/150/200 (XMP IR protocol).  Much less likely would be boxes in the Motorola VIP series.
