I have a PM335, I think is what the model is. Terrible! It deleted half of my TV's programmed channels. I called their CC dept. (what a joke) and the guy said the remote would probably delete those channels and that I have to call a "TV GUY" and have them manually put back into the set! Nice going, PHILIPS! Where do you get your help?? The Zoo?

This isn't a problem with the remote as such, I would regard it as more of a problem with your TV. The makers of your TV obviously programmed in the delete codes without first checking if those codes are used by any other TV for more normal purposes. The worst offender in this regard is Advent, where there are plenty of examples of people killing their TV by using a regular "Philips" TV code in various universal remotes. When people in this situation have turned to Advent for help, they have not responded, therefore I would recommend that people avoid Advent TVs.
Your post would be more useful if you listed the brand and model number of your TV, along with the code that you used in the Philips PM335.
