I have a new customer who has a old suite16 system. I am obviously trying to get control over the system through RS232 since the suite16 has no networking features. They are using the RS232 already and I think I need to get a ISO-CAT II to add another RS232. Does anyone know if this is all I need or has anyone run across having to do this?

Plus just extra credit:
They have a lutron Homework Illumination as well. I'm trying to get control over that as well. I think they need a Lutron HQP6-2 as well. Would anyone have any experience in dealing with this?

You can control the HomeWorks Illumination system via RS-232 or TCP/IP. The HQP6-2 is the HomeWorks QS processor. For that, you would have to upgrade the Illumination system to QS which isn't cheap. Depending on the original bill of materials, you will need all sorts of hardware "link adapters", possible software licenses, and anything RF would have to be replaced outright.
