Can anyone help.
I've recently completed my first homeworks install at my own house and after uploading and installing the data base on the 8 series processor I've come across a problem which I know should be just a case of a different setting but I can't work out what to do!
The problem I have is that the only way to access the scene assoiated with the button press is to first press the button and then use the dim up button at the bottom of the keypad to turn on the lights.
I have even tried to just switch a non dim light on and off using the toggle setting but still have to press dim up button on the key pad to turn the light on.
Thanks for help in advance

Have you gone through the training class?

Yes I've done the relevant training and I've now downloaded the latest software. 1.64
I've uploaded the old database in this format but it has made no change!
I had a local lutron engineer take control of my lap top and he said that all the button press commands were correct he suggested that I use latest software which I have.
Still I have to access a scene by first pressing the scene button and then use the dim button to bring on the lights in that scene at every keypad.
Any suggestions would be helpful

Thanks
