Do you need a 0.1 Microfarad 240 volt Capacitor? Why? You can build your own coupler with one. If you install the capacitor across the phases of your electrical system, you can improve the performance of your X-10. An easy way to install this is inside of the dryer. You will have two hot lines and a neutral line there. You would need to install the capacitor across the two hot lines. If you choose to try this, PLEASE BE CAREFUL!
