Hey Tom,
I just ordered my IR543 and lamp modules yesterday and thought I was all set. I already have a Pronto. In your reply to "x-10 newbie questions" you said that he would need "an X-10 transmitter module, and an IR 543 IR to X-10 interface". What am I missing here? I just want to know if I need additional equipment so I can order it today. Thanks,
Scot

Scot,

I have repled to the other thread with the following mesage:

I don't know what you need it for either. I was thinking of one thing and typing another. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Obviously you would only need the 543 and the lamp modules. Sorry, brain fart early in the morning.

Sorry for the confusion.

Tom

Scot,

You don't need anything else except X-10 codes for you Pronto so you can use IT to send signals to the IR543. Those codes can be found and downloaded from the FILES section here on this site.

Thank you both for your replies. I was getting worried there for a minute. God knows my brain is a tornado of brain-farts every morning so no harm done.
