For those who don't visit the X-10 website frequently, the special starting today is:
For each item purchased --- - 12% off - free Slimfire Keychain - free EagleEye (MS14A)
Sounds like a great deal. Unfortunately, I need to stop buying stuff. I think I'm addicted.

I know what you mean. I get the X-10 e-mails every day advertizing the new specials. I need to cancel the e-mails but I am addicted too.
On another note, I played the casinOnet.com that has been advertized here. I cashed out last night $150.00 ahead. Not bad for an hours play! Now I am gonna be addicted to that also. It's really a nice game center. The min. bet is only $1.00 and max. bets are $150.00 Beats the 3 hours I have to drive to go to Biolxi MS to play at the real casinos. Check it out!

I just placed an order to X10 Canada for a Maxi Controller, and 2 Eagle Eye Motion Sensors. The guy knocked down the Maxi to $25 as well as the Eagle Eye to $25. In the meantime, I get two SlimSwitch (new from X10) for free (the gold one).
I guess it's not so bad. With the addition Eagle Eye, I can bring the garage macro to a next level (lights up the house only when I come home).
I'm not sure how deep I'll jump into Home Automation, but I haven't seen the bottom yet!

If you want to buy X10 branded stuff, X10.COM is the only way to get it cheap. I went to Radio Shack today for the Noise Filter and I saw they had some X10 stuff named Radio Shack Plug & Play or something like that. Anyway, an MT10A Alarm Clock with X10 Control was about $50 wheresa X10 Canada is selling it for $30. All the light/appliance modules are also at least $10 more than what X10 is selling for. Not to mention the deal that you get with X10 like Roland said earlier.

I have a hallway with both incandescent and flouresent lights. I would love to be able to control this is an X-10 switch. Are there any switches which control both? If so, where can I get one?

There is a new Switchlinc for florescent lights - see www.smarthome.com -- I have no experience with it. Cheers, Jim.
