I'm using house code "M" for all of my house (with a repeater set to "A")except for my bedroom. I didn't want other in the house to have access to my bedroom lighting, it's set to house code "D". The problem is when I go to bed and adjust my bedrrom lights others in the house set to code "A" turn on they only resond once usually when dimming the code "D" module. The code "D" modules are set to unit code "16" if that matters and the "M" modules most often effected are "1". Confusing I know but the x-10 people won't respond and I give up!. If you ave an answer E-mail me as I don't get back here as often as I'd like

How are you controlling these lights? By IR, RF, or direct button access? Does it occur via both or all 3 methods?

I once had a switch that was set to house code A unit number 1 to control my kitchen lights. It worked fine for about a week then it freaked out. It no longer would work on unit number 1 but instead chose 9 to control it. No changes were made to anything. Now 1 and 9 are close in that they are 180 from each other. Dont know if that made any difference but
Anyway, I ended up having to replace the switch and all is fine. In your case, having different house codes and unit numbers, I dont know if it is possible. (This is X-10 so anything is possible). When you say (with a repeater set to A) what exactly are you referring to? Also, what X-10 switches are you using? Some have the ability to transmit X-10 commands as well as receive? Has this always been a problem or just a new one?
