http://www.etronixs.com or you can reserve one by sending us a e-mail.

Once we receive the unit's we will e-mail you or contact you with the number you supply us.
~On the subject line please insert "RESERVE RTI"

~Give us your full name, contact number and a working e-mail address.

Just to let everybody know about the RTI status:

  • We should be shipping the RTI T2 IR remote control's out by May 24th.

  • You can still reserve one by calling our customer care center @ (219) 477-2572 Monday-Saturday.
    9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. Central time.

  • Sending us a e-mail @ reserverti@etronixs.com

    Once we get the unit's in, we will contact you before shipping.

    You mention the T2 IR, do you mean the IR/RF version or the IR only, also when will the peripherals including RS232 be ready?

    We will be shipping first the T2 IR remote control's.
    The IR/RF will not be available for awhile still, but we are still taking pre-orders for both.
  • peripherals: We should also be shipping the accessories for them by the same time: May 24th or so.
    I belive the ones listed below will be available at the same shipping date:
  • IRF-6 System Interface.
  • SPS-1 Video Sync Sensor.
  • VPS-1 Voltage Power Sensor.
  • RS232-If you mean the programing cable-it comes with it. Otherwise I will check for you.

    What good is the IRF-6 w/o the IR/RF remote. Any idea on dates for the IR/FR version?

    Re the RS232 interface, I want to hook the IRF-6 to a devide via RS232 for control.

    Gages: You're right, the IRF-6 isn't useful without the RF remote. I know full RS232 controls are built into the software, however I can't seem to find out whether the RS232 module will be available right when the remote is released, or later.

    I had pre-ordered the original version that Etrinixs had on its site, which had the RF option. But now that the one that will be available first in the IR-only version, I've sent them an e-mail to change it to that. I hope it gets through.

    It IS a little confusing that the product to be first delivered is not the original one announced. We just adapt to a changing world :-). When the RF module becomes avai;able, I'll loose a week or so but what the heck. I'll have my Pronto for backup :-).

    I spoke w/ Dave Palmer today. He said that the IR version as well as the IR/RF version will be available by the end of the month.

    We should also have the IR/RF remote's in @ about the same time end of May. We hope! Right Mitch or Dave?
