My old ipad had to be replaced. I downloaded all old ipad data from icloud to new ipad. All icons etc show up fine but ipad will not turn on the tv or my audio equip. i know RTI requires a license for all ipads. Does this mean that even though I am just replacing an ipad and not adding a new ipad that I need a new license??? I tried rebooting the XP6 processor and then rebooting the new ipad but it still will not turn on the tv.

Open settings on iPad then scroll down to RTiPanel and select it to reconfigure. Now open RTiPanel app and it should reload. Also try reloading the app.
There's no worse feeling than that millisecond you're sure you are going to die after leaning your chair back a little too far.

Thanks for the tip. I did that but when I open the app after reloading it, it says welcome to RTI panel. Get started. When I push get started the page shows Processor. I push processor and it says ipad. I push ipad and it says no license is available on the processor. I must have to contact RTI and get the license transferred from the old ipad to the new ipad.

Transfer would be from processor to processor

Restart the processor and then redo the reconfigure of RTiPanel.
This will "release" the licence from the old iPad and allow you to use the new one.
