I'm trying to program my first XP-3 with RS-232 and I can't find any documentation on the difference between [R] Port 1 and [C] Port 1. They both come up as output options.

Thanks.

R = Rs232 port via the rj45 connection
C = CM232 adapter port via the MPIO connection

Please note that you can't use drivers with the CM-232 modules, they are only available via the RS232 port or IP.
