Hi All,
I am scratching my head as to why the recovery option in ID does not support RTI Panel configs. The information/config HAS to be stored on the control processor otherwise a newly introduced iPad with the RTI panel app would have nothing to download from the XP??
I am in a situation where the original files are not accessible and I need to modify the Panel config to add some new pages. I don't want to have to start again as there are some complex calls to cbus and elk driver that I don't want to have to do from scratch...
Is there a way to telnet into an XP and pull a config? There must be some way!!
ALSO - Have an RK10 inwall that is pretty much dead: Power Light and RJ45 port lights are on but Blank screen and unit wont get an IP address or boot. Is there a way to get the config from the CF card as ID recovery wont work?
Sorry for the double question!
Ben

Currently there is no way to recover a system file from an RTIPanel device as well as several products in the lineup. Our new RTIQ cloud-based intelligent monitoring service sent to release soon will eventually allow system files to be stored in the cloud. But right now there is no option for retrieval.
