Hello,

I'm stuck in the past with a Pro Logic Harmon Kardon AVR30. In my search to go digital, there are a few options that I'm considering:

1) The Vantas DPA-P87m which would give me AC-3 to go along with my Pioneer DVL-700 Laserdisc/DVD player for about $600.00

2) A nice looking and well reviewed Denon AV-3300. About $900.00 or so.

I'm also thinking I go seperate, but I do want to keep my costs under a grand. I don't necessarily need a new AV Receiver, as the AVR-30 is still servicable in that sense, and my room is small so I don't need a ton of power either. Is there some kind of amp/processor out there that does not include a tuner (don't really listen to the radio; movies and TV are my main focus) that would fill the need as a one piece option?

Thanks in advance!
