Hi all,
Long story short; I hired a "professional" to setup my downstairs audio, tv and sonos; that is all he did and left me with nothing working. So, here is what I am looking for help on, if anyone is interested in taking the time. I have a PDF attachment or Excel with the layout of my room as well as a list of the equipment I currently have yet I am not sure how to upload it.  Thanks in advance!!

I would like to reset my AVR and start from scratch to have the speakers manually set up correctly per the specs; looking for detailed advice on how to correctly set everything up: what should I put my speaker size to (small or large)?  What Frequency should be going to each speaker (60HZ or 80HZ etc.)?  What should my Impedance be?  How should my AVR be setup for Crossover on speakers and sub?  What should my AMP be set to for the Subs as far as Volume, Low Pass, etc.?  How should my Sonos be correctly setup?  How should I be powering the Sonance SR1 Speakers?  How do I select TV or Movie to watch and the receiver automatically goes to correctly set up "Source Select" every time?

I have a Denon AVR-4520ci that I want to hook up to a Sonos connect that will run the 5.2 in my living room.  My Living room currently has the below speakers with two in-wall Definitive Technology IW Subs 10/10 which have 12 Guage wires running to a Definitive Technology SubAMP 600 which is currently ran to my receivers pre-out SW1.
   1. FL - UIW RCS III's
   2. C- UIW RCS III's
   3. FR- UIW RCS III's
   4. BL- UIW RSS III's
   5. BR- UIW RSS III's
   6. Definitive SubAMP 600
   7. IW Sub 10/10
   8. IW Sub 10/10
   9. Samsung TV UN75h7150
   10. Apple TV 4th Gen used for DirectTVNow & Apple Movies
   11. Sonos Connect
   12. Eero Pro Wifi 3 pack
   13. INternet Modem Gigabit IPV6 32ch
   14. Bluebolt Automatic Internet rebooter
   15. Bluebolt Power Conditioner with cloud rebooting
   16. IR over HDMI Kit
   17. 12 Outlet Surge Surpressor 3,390 Joules w/flat plug
   18. OFFICE has a Sonos Sound Bar connected to the TV with AppleTV 4th Gen
   19. ConnectAmp wired to 3 speakers in my Family Room and entry way which           are 2- DI 8R's and 1- DI 6.5STR.
   20. ConnectAMP wired to 2 speakers in my Dining Room which are the DI 8R's           as well.
   21. ConnectAMP wired to my Sonance SR1 Outdoor with Sub (Wire from          receiver to underground speaker wire is 12 guage and runs about 30')(underground wire 14 guage, runs from 12 guage to first speaker at about 40')(sounds okay as is yet not great).
   22. All controlled with URC MXHPH500 HUB and MXHPR500 Universal Remote (I somewhat have this running well!).

Thanks again in advance, really trying to get a full understanding on this equipment so I dont have to ask for help in the future.

If anyone knows how to upload an image that wants to help out, let me know how and I will get it up.

In short, post the image on another site, then put its URL into a post here.

When you want to see the nuts and bolts of how a post was constructed, click on "quote." That will show you
the details,

for instance that I created a quote box there using the pipe symbol followed by a space.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.
