Hello, Hopefully someone can help me.
When I have ARC enabled both on my Vizio & V779, when I watch tv from my Comcast RNG 150 cable box, the TV starts blinking (tv goes blk for a second, then comes back on and shows tv display info) every minute or so. It is very annoying. The only way to stop it from Blinking is if I disable ARC from either device. It does not happen to my XBOX but only when the cablebox is on.
I only want to use ARC when I am using the TV as the source to watch Netflix or another app from the Vizio TV.
I tried to look at a way to disable ARC when the TV is not the source but cannot find it anywhere on the Yamaha.
I also have a Harmony remote and I cannot set from either device to enable ARC when I want to use the Smart tv activity as I thought that might be a work around.
Does anyone know of a solution to stop the blinking on the TV?
Please help!!
