just moved into a new house with speakers and wall controls installed. I see a Niles IRP6+ in the entertainment center. Can I use this to patch the speakers into my amplifier or not. If so What do I need? All speaker wires are bundled at the entertainment center,I see 10 seperate cables.Some 2 and some 4 wire config. Any Help!!!

The IRP6+ is part of a remote control IR signal distribution system and is totally unrelated to loudspeaker hookup.
The general smartass answer on this site to a query such as yours is "hire a pro." It's very good advice. The fact that you, metaphorically, look at a blender and a refrigerator and ask how they connect to one another shows that you have much to learn or are best served by someone who already knows the difference.
I see from your profile that you're in Florida. There's a member named Dawn Gordon Luks in Florida. Look her up. That said, I have zero idea of the geography of Florida but I'm sure she can help you find someone more local than me to help you out (I'm in Los Angeles.) You will need either an education or a professional to get your equipment hooked up. To begin with, be aware that what you already have probably won't work right with more than two pairs of speakers.
