Was looking at above item but have now been told speakercraft have discontinued this item is there another media server that works the same way with speakercraft mcz66 showing track names on mode keypads

The escient fireball, also no longer in production also did this. However, both required the rsa1.0 serial adaptor for communication which causes lag. It's not a great solution because it is so slow. I much prefered using an ipod dock or multiple ipod docks if necessary. MUCH quicker response.

You can buy several iPod docks and several iPods for the cost of a Jukebox.

You can also use the DF Solutions Sonix music server with the mode system as it behaves like a mode jukebox. The Sonix is available as a current product.
