Have a pronto all set up but just changed one piece of equipment, (added satelitte HD Mystar) this works fine but when it starts up (start all button on my Pronto, it always jumps to DTS on my Yamaha amp, can I make it start at 'AUTO' on the Amp??

You know the term, "technically speaking"? Well, that's the kind of expression that gets the best answers for technical issues. So...

You say you changed one piece, but then you say you added one piece. Did you change one item to another? What was the previous item?

Every Pronto is programmed differently, so what yours does might be exactly right.

You did not say whether it has always jumped to DTS. If it always did, and it does now, then nothing is wrong with the remote, but you need it reprogrammed to work differently. And it goes to DTS on which input of your Yamaha amp?

Where are you located? A pro could be of real help here, because while the programming software is free, learning how to use it can take a while.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.
