I'm just beginning to "graduate" into audiophile-type systems. I'm interested in picking up some magazines on the subject and I was wondering what the more highly regarded titles are for both HT and music.

Opinions?

Thanks...

I'm more of a home theater enthusiast and like to read Home Theater magazine and Sound and Vision. Also, on occasion, I will take a look at Widescreen Review and Audio/Video Interiors. I cannot comment on magazines such as Stereophile but will browse them at the newsstands sometimes. I've found Home Theater to be very informative.

I like "The $ensible $ound". It's rather iconoclastic when compared to most audio magazines, but agrees with my "objectivist" bias. They tend to have pretty decent speaker reviews (often reviewed by two or more reviewers in a single issue on vastly differing systems). They also tend to shy away from reviewing real tweaky stuff (high priced cables, etc.) and they aren't afraid to say if something is a dog. Check out their recent high-end CD player reviews for a good example.
