So I've ripped my commercially bought cds and put them on an ipod mini and I have hundreds of songs in the Itunes library in m4a format. How do I convert them to mp3 for use in my other players??
There must be an easy way to do this???
Not reload all the CDs again and save them in mp3 format this time?? I hope not.

I have itunes loaded on my XP system. I ripped all my CDs and it saved it in MP3 format. I have not even touched an ipod so there may be some gotchas here, but I would assume that if you have all your songs on the ipod, you should be able to connect up to a system running XP (via usb port maybe, like I say I have not touched an ipod) with Itunes loaded on it and sync between the ipod and the system.

Try this website [Link: ipodlounge.com]Looks like you can download something called copypod. It has a 14 day trial and then I think its $6 to buy it. You can also try sharepod [Link: softpedia.com]
