I have taken the "leap of faith" and decided to open my own install company with great success. I am currently the "audio/video" guy/contractor for Coldwell Banker and all of its builders' in my local area and have been faced with the consolidation of multiple remotes. How easy would you say it is to program the HTI's and is there any other model any of you would recommend? Thank you in advance for your input concerning this matter. Sorry for the post in the last area. My mistake, still new at this site.

Excuse me, but if the VP is such a VIP, then shouldn't we keep the PC on the QT? Cause if it leaks to the VC, he could end up an MIA and then we'd all be put on KP.

The MX700/800 and their replacements are PC programmable and powerful. That's the direction I'd head. They have a learning curve but it's not bad.
