I just bought a Sony KV-32HS420 tonight, when I got home and turned it on the TV or speakers are making the constant noise a buzzing sound. I removed all the electroic equipment from around the TV but that didn't help a bit. I unplugged the DVD player and cable from the TV and still no help. So I decided to get my audio/video recever out and just have the TV output audio to it. I got the recever all hooked up and went into the audio menu on the TV to turn the internal TV speakers off, I selected off but they didn't go off. I can't for the life of me get the internal speakers off, I even broke down and got out the manual followed the directions exactly. Go into the audio menu, select Speaker, select off and press menu.

So those are my two problems with the TV right out of the box and I have no idea how to fix them.

-The TV makes a buzzing noise constantly when on.
-The internal TV speakers won't actually go off when I select that in the menu.

Is the TV broke out of the box? or am I doing something wrong.

Thanks
Shawn

Don't know how things work in your part of the world, but I'd be knocking on the door of the retailer and demanding a replacement.
