I say old boy, may I suggest you stop playing with the trains for a few moments and just concentrate on the keyboard?

Guys,
Thank you soooo much for this thread... it is the best laugh I have had in a looooong time.
We had a customer call our company and ask about the L6, I was ready to just
give him a stock answer and forget about him, but on a whim decided to come to trusty Remote Central.
My coworker and I started reading the thread(s) and were laughing so hard that
we were in tears.

I never did find out what happened to that customer.....

Have a great one... And watch out for those white vans :)

Due to unprecedented gullibility, emmm..., er... I mean unprecedented demand, we have now introduced a new speaker design that elliminates our bottleneck in the marketing and distribution area and addresses issues with visibility. Conmen, I mean salesmen wanted, no van required!

Good to see finally that Americans are not the only greedy stupid bastards... Seems that title is an international one, although we americans are getting very good at it.

My husband just got taken yesterday with this stupid story about a $5000 speaker system. He was installing a furnace in a home in Hawthorne Woods IL and this guys in a "white van" where installing a speaker system in the house right next door. They told him they work for Tweeter Electronics which is a pretty prestigious electronic store in the Chicagoland area. Well, he paid them $300 for it and brought it home all proud about the deal he got and he still tried to tell me it was my Mother's Day gift and that he wanted a big screen TV for Father's day! Sure, like I care about a speaker system, So I went online to the Tweeter site and couldn't find them and doing a google search with " L6 Theater Logic Home Cinema" I came across this forum, unveliavable!!!!! I'm very upset at him, but in a way I'm glad so he learns his lesson. I think we should contact our local news, maybe they will do a story on it!
Oh, and he better have a nice mother's day gift for me tomorrow!
Upset wife.

I to had been taken. Checked out the web site on side the box at my office before a bought them and it came up a legit site; http://www.theaterlogichomecinema.com/ . Paid $200 for the L6. Hooked up just the speakers, and they sound very good. Prob. hook them up though my computer since my DVD receiver does not have enough outs.
