I enherited a Pioneer VSX D701S - Prologic receiver and I can't seem to find anything on the net about it!
Honestly I intend on selling it for what ever its worth to buy a Pioneer 608.
Does someone know anything about this? Could you email as well as post?

Well, the best I've been able to determine is that it is a real model... but also that, in comparison to today's models, it's not worth too much.

Buy your new unit and set up the old one in your garage, workshop or basement. As, that's what I did with my old (orig. $1000) Pro logic unit. Even if it was a tip top unit of it's time you would be lucky to get much more than a hundred bucks.
