Hi everyone,
All I can find is just one screw under battery cover and it doesn't seem to help release anything. I also checked under the rubber on all sides I don't see any other screws or tabs. Some of my buttons stopped responding unless I push them with my nails and even then it's hit or miss.
I wanted to open and clean it, so far I had no luck.
Does anyone know how to open the case?

Thanks.

Its not worth dealing with, no fix lasts very long. You can purchase this model on ebay for under $15.00.

To open, you pry it apart below the rubber, use flat screwdriver to start, then use the edge of credit card and slide around popping the catches. There is only one screw.

It's not the $15, it's the customization I don't want to lose, I guess I can try teaching the new remote straight from this one instead of looking for the original remotes, maybe that'll work.

Practice taking it apart, when you get good at it, buy a new 620, just trade rubber membranes. That's what is losing conductivity.

Thanks Edmund,
I'll try that again, the clips hold the remote together very tight.
