{he said tongue-in-cheek}
Hell, the tower is in Stoney Creek, so should be no problem to blanket the Niagara Peninsula, yet for three days I get a constant "No Signal"
when tuning to them. Located in Welland, as the profile states.
An email sent has yet to be answered.

19:57-EDIT: Must've lit a fire under somebody, its coming in but only at 20-30% strength, rather than the usual 85%.

FWIW, the signal is very strong in Toronto. IF you are having issues in Welland, I bet it's WBNF across the Niagara River messing up RF15 in your area.

Would conflict with CICO's London channel 18.

Would not be permitted under the Canada-U.S. allotment plan.
Only channels 11, 15 and 36 permitted for Hamilton;
channel 34 for Brantford with a maximum ERP of 6000 watts and a EHAAT of 150.0 metres; channel 48 Fort Erie with a maximum ERP of 105000 watts and a EHAAT of 118.4 metres.

As for "What the hell is wrong with CHCH's OTA transmitter this time?" - not the transmitter per se, but there's a small but irritating PSIP missetting that's affecting some tuners for the past few weeks. I posted it here:
