I recently had a guy install some AV equipment at my house. He used a Wyrestorm HDMI/coax balun to connect my Dish HD satellite to my Samsung TV. Starting the next day, when I turn the TV on in the morning (after being off all night), the sound on the TV doesn't work. When I unplug/replug the balun's power supply, the TV audio then works fine and will work all day. However, the following morning, it will go back to having no audio through the TV and I do the reset thing again to make it work. We have tried rearranging the 1-2-3 code switchs on the back of the balun, but that also only works until the TV is off over night. We tried removing the HDMI switcher from the system just to see if it was causing some kind of audio signal distortion. This didn't work either.

It is easy to unplug the balun each morning. But that is not something I should be having to do with a $350 piece of equipment. Any ideas?
