A few suggestions.
1. Eliminate the multiswitches and barrel the wires from the receivers to the wires from the satellite. See if the problem goes away. This would eliminate the Spaun multiswitches as a source of the problem.
2. Check channels 490, 491, 492, 493, and 494. This will test if you are really receiving Sat A, B, and C. When you use the signal meter of the receiver and test for Sat B and C if the multiswitch is not operating properly it can display Sat A instead of B or C.
3. Again, where are your local channels? Are they on Sat B or C? If the multiswitches are not working then that maybe one reason that you are not getting local channels. By doing step 1 you can check if the multiswitches are working.
I had a job where three Hughes HD receivers went bad in a house at one time. All three dead or bad tuners. One Sony HD-2000 was fine. Put in three new H-10s and everything worked fine. Must have been a power surge.
This is a tough one,
Good luck,
