I have a customer that says that the Scientific Atlanta box 8300 HD shuts down after a few hours of inactivity.
Is this true? and if so can you change it in the menu system to stop doing this.
The server is in NH and it is Charter

I thought it's only supposed to do that late at night, like at 1:30 AM. Otherwise, I'm not sure I've ever kept mine on one channel without doing anything for several hours...
