Now that I got this nice Denon AVR 3300 receiver with all these component video jacks who's coming out with a sat top box with anything other than S-video setups? Also any pros or cons on whether to go with directTV or Dishnetwork ? About ready to take the satellite plunge.

Cant speak for DTV but DISh has component video outputs on virtually all receivers. Check their web site it will be more specific.
