To expand on what 3FG said, the OARUSB04G is by far the best option in the US. It's under $20 at Amazon and Wal-mart and can be expanded to 12 devices and programmed from a PC using Remote Master. Don't waste your time looking for the 2 and 3 device models.
The OARN05G is a terrible remote compared to the OARUSB04G. The Chunghop is worse still, with no built in codes or macro capability. The OARN05G has no backlighting and no JP1 capability. If you must have a $10 remote, look at the RCA RCRP05B instead. It's far more programmable and is available in many stores, as is the OARUSB04G. It's made by UEI, parent of the One-For-All brand, so works like other OFAs. The best IR OFA still available is the Nevo C2 ($16 on ebay at the moment). It's functionally and aesthetically equivalent to a $150 Harmony. It's twin is the Xsight Color which is reviewed in depth on this site, still on the front page in fact.

In any case, here are some more OFA models, if you're interested.
