I replaced my receiver with a Pioneer VSX-532K which works well. I chose a RCA RCRPS04GR Universal Remote to control all of the attached components. I am trying to write a macro that will change the input on my receiver to another choice, my Roku. The process to select a different input using the RCA remote "Audio Input" key seems to be flakey. It seems there is some kind of timing issue when moving through the Receiver inputs to get to the Roku choice. I need to set this up as a simple macro. It's pretty simple and straight forward.
Macro 1. Select Audio, select audio input, select audio input. That manually takes me to the Roku choice. That's it. Trying to do this manually does not seem to respond each time I depress the "Audio Input" key. Is it necessary to provide some sort of wait delay to move through the inputs? Consequently, the Macro does not respond properly either. Thanks for any recommendations.
