Hi to all
I try to open case from this remote control to clean the numeric pad
thats because this RC doesn't work some numeric key and try to opened to clean it

I have the same question! How can I crack it open and try to fix the keys that are not working. Hopefully it can be done, because Audiovox was NO HELP at all when dealing with this.
I'm really interested because I have THREE of these, which have been the best remotes ever... but now (after only 2 years with one, and 1.5 years with the others) keys are starting to fail.
HELP!!!
