I need a five-digit code that will enable my brand new Comcast remote to work with my brand new Emerson TV. I have searched these forums for any codes that may work and have had no luck. Here are my model numbers:
TV: Emerson LC320EM9 (32-inch LCD)
Remote: Comcast Custom DVR 3-Device universal remote (the one with the red OK/Select button)
Any help is greatly appreciated. Please send me a PM if you find a suitable code for me.

The manual in the in the files section is for the remote you have, but the codes are all four digit.

there isn't remote made, universal or oem with preset code for the current emersons, sorry you'll need a learning remote, use the tv remote to teach the commands to the learning remote.

Hello,
I too have an Emerson LC320EM9. It seems from the above messages that getting the Comcast remote to recognize the TV isn't going to happen. Has there been any changes to that status in the last few years? If not, can someone (Edward... if you are still active to this site) educate me on what a "learning" remote is and where to find one. I apologize for my ignorance. Thanks!

newer remotes now have a code, its 11864.

Hey, THANKS!! I have an Emerson tv and none of the codes in the comcast manuel worked. But 11864 did.

Follow the Instruction how to set it up:
Press the SET UP BOTTOM
enter CODE # 11864
HOLD SET UP BOTTOM till light blink 3 times
enter CODE # 11864
Press SET UP and VOLUME BOTTOM
Do this steps about 3 times
It did worked for me Good Luck!!!!!

There is no reason to do same thing three times when programming any remote with preset code. Unless you're tying to get back to Kansas:
