I have an older model 13" Citizen tv Model # JCTV1544
and i want to use my multi brand tv remote with it but i have no codes is there a way to find them?

Do you really think you've given us enough info to work with here? This is kind of like saying "what sort of water pump should I get for my car" without mentioning which car you have.

I did in my first post but one guy said i had the wrong thread...excuse me,i have a 13" Citizen model Jctv1544 and the remote is a Multi brand thats all i have thank you

Do you mean that the brand name of your universal remote is "Multi"? If so, I've never heard of this brand, so I doubt that anyone else has, in which case you're gonna be outta luck here.

Now, in your first post you said "multi" with a small "m", which implies you mean that you have a remote that controls multiple brands, if this is the case (and the band name isn't "Multi") then you need to specify exactly what remote you are trying to program (ie, brand and model number).
