For some reason I can't seem to get the global volume lock working on this remote. I follow the instructions in the guide:

1. press and hold "set" until LED blinks twice
2. enter 9-9-3
3. press device function key that you want the volume signal to go to

The remote controls my Toshiba TV fine, power, input scan, channels, volume. But the volume isn't doing anything when the remote isn't in TV mode!

Thanks!!

let me clarify

when i press the "TV" button on the remote, it works fine, it completely controls the TV (channels, volume, input scan, etc.)

but when I press the "DVD" button on the remote, I want the volume signals to go to the TV, to control the volume on the TV

hope that makes more sense ;)
