I have this remote but have lost the booklet that has the codes inside it.
I have a vcr/dvd combo that i'm trying to get the codes for.
any help Please!

 For future reference, you should really post questions about One For All remotes in the One For All forum. Anyway, the URC-4640 is the same remote as the URC-4605, so you can use the URC-4605 manual. You can find the setup codes here.
